Hi Folks. I have a site with a Norstar. When their office takes a call, they pick it up and hear the caller and dial tone. It's almost as if another line is camping onto the originating call. Anyone ever have this happen to them? What gives?? It happens with every incoming call.

Former telco tech - you have a crossed line, telco issue.

That's exactly what it ended up being. Their phone company had cross-connected another line onto their main line.
