Double clicking attachemnt creates D115 error

I have a user that everytime they double click on an atachmnet they get the error message of D115. I have ran maintenance on the mailbox to include the option of indexing and the issue still exists. I got the above info from Novells website. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
If you were to login as the User in question at a completely different workstation, does the problem follow the User or stay with the original workstation?

The reason i ask is the D115 error can be generated either way.
