Double click opens search instead of folder.

Hello and thanks in advance for any help
I dont know what i did or what happened but now when i double click to open a folder or drive it opens a search window, i can select to open by right clickin but its anoyin. Its like search has been set to default action but i have no idea how or how to fix this

How about:
Start > Control Panel > Folder Options > Restore Defaults
