Dotted line under text?

Like in Quark in InDesign you can put a rule under or above a line of text, but how do you change the line in to a dotted rule?

This dotted line and the easy box shape/pathfinder feature in your other post are lacking in ID2. You might want to cast your vote at adobe.com in the feature request forums for these features.
