Hi,
You need to create a pattern then save the pattern EDIT|DEFINE PATERN then make a marquee the size you want and EDIT|FILL and choose your pattern.

OK Spyderix...you get a star for that one! I tend to redraw the damn dotted rule for every PSD that I make. Our designer has a penchant for dotted rules lately and I am always making them. This will help alot! Thanks. I don't know why I didn't think to do it before. I knew how...just totally forgot about it.
