I am using ManageEngine Oputils to monitor my network, and for the most part have been happy with it. However I have a Cisco 2950 that does not report port information in the switchport mapper. After talking to OpUtils tech support, it was determined that the switch is not returning any values in dot1dbaseportTable. They suggested I contact Cisco. However I would like to solve this with out a call to Cisco if I can avoid it. Any ideas?
