I do have an application written in Access 97 that prints on a dot matrix printer. The printer is an Epson 8500DX. It was working perfectly until the arrival of Windows XP. After that, we downloaded the new drivers for the printer and install them. Now after printing about 100 documents, the printer starts to add empty lines at the top of the reports and therefore damage the next print outs (invoices). What can I do?
