Dot Matrix form print help..

I have a list of clients with specific data tied to each that I would like to print on a form (dot matrix). The form will always be the same and I would like to know what you all would reccomend program wise to print this client info to the forms. Im hoping that I can have the printing program pull the information from a database or spreadsheet somehow with out having to open each one of the clients data and send it sepratley one by one to the printer. Hope that wasnt too confusing, thanks in advance for any help!
