I must navigate to a certain directory in DOS. The directory is on a mapped drive called "s". The full address is "s:\directoryA\directoryB". I keep trying "cd s:\directoryA\directoryB". Nothing happens! I am absolutely sure that the address is correct. Does DOS have difficulty with mapped drives?

This is driving me crazy because I must be overlooking something simple.

That will change the default directory on drive S:. You need to change drives as well by typing s: as a separate command.
