dos error

Hi

I am using crystal 9 and sometimes when i export my report to word and try to open this document using word viewer i get this error. does anyone know why this happens or how to solve it

Perhaps it hasn't completed exporting?

Might even be a Word Viewer issue, check for updates.

Try exporting to RTF.
