The comand line is net use lptx \\Servername\share name /persistent:yes
This has worked perfectly for me in Windows 2000 Pro for LPT ports 1-7, but in Windows 2000 Server I only can capture 1,2,& 3! 4,5,6 & 7 aren't being seen by the "DOS based accounting software." I can do dir>lpt4,5,6,7 & it works printing the directory, or copy filename.txt lptx too! But when I go into the accounting application ZIP! It works in XP, Windows 2000 Pro, but not SERVER?! Any thoughts?
