I have a customer that has an IP Office 500 Partner version. They would like to install a door phone that when lifted calls a hunt group, so i.e. it calls one phone and if they don't answer it moves on to the next phone...etc. I really can't see a way of making this happen, but was just curious if there was a hidden secret or a work around for this.

Thanks!

Sequential group with people in the correct order to be called and no answer timer set for how long, in the extn of the door phone:

Shortcode - ?D
Feature - Dial Extn
Tel number - number of above group e.g 300

This is for IP Office mode though, not sure about muppet/partner mode :)

Won't work in muppet/partner mode, you can only use the call or hunt group thats it. So ring or ring all.

Unless you get a door phone that works on a trunk port and then you can just program that Partner line on each phone you want to ring.

Yes but you still have a problem with the group ringing mode.

True, you could do an immediate ring on some phones and then delayed ring on other phones who act more as backup.
