A Doorphone was installed (not sure if it is BST, not supplied by us), at a site and the BCM50 would not recognize it. We patched the BCM50 to date, and now everything was working.
The customer has come back saying the doorphone will only ring 3 times and then the call is disconnected. The doorphone was set to 10 rings prior, I have since bumped them up to 16 while testing.
The doorphone rings a hunt group set for 30 seconds and then rolls to another one for 60 seconds. All recommended settings are on (1 intercom, etc)
Anyone know if this a bug or have any ideas of what could be causing this issue ?
