doorphone feature 9*4 on BCM 4.0

i used to program the doorphone using feature 9*4 from

norstar system telset

but am not able to do it on bcm using telset ,
i use element manager to program it.

is there any way to be programmed through telset on bcm ?

or is there any setting in element manager to activate it ?

Ur not trying to use the same doorphone that was used on the Norstar are u? If so it's not compatible.

The MICS Nortel doorphone is different from the one for the BCM 4.0. If your BCM is 3.6 or higher you should be using a BST Doorphone not the Nortel Doorphone.
