Doorphone extra ring

Hi all,

I have a Viking Doorphone installed via an analog extension port. It works fine. Caller presses the button, group of phones ring and someone answers. The issue is when the call is finished and disconnected, I get a single ring back on the phones.

Anyway to stop that?

Is the analog extension set as an IVR port?

make it an analog phone type then and retest

The doorphone must be doing zomething to make that happen, you'll need to find out what and then fix it on the doorphone
