Ok, I've got a Partner ACS R5 system that is setup in Hybrid mode so the lines could be pooled and accessable from a 3910 cordless. The phone works fine, but whenever someone uses the doorphone, the 3910 will keep beeping as to alert you to the doorphone. It will not stop until you turn the phone off. You can still answer incoming calls on the 3910, but it still beeps while doing so.

How can I get this thing to stop beeping once the doorphone is used? I had thought about just removing the 3910 extension from the doorphone alert (#606), but I'm sure the customer still wants to be notified when a doorphone rings in. I don't know if the line pooling caused this or not, as the system has been setup this way from the beginning.

I may not be able to fix it, but I certainly can't break it any further- Jay
