Door phone

How do i remove the information out of door phone 1 and door phone 2 without a total reset. Also how do i program it to ring all extensions it was always set up on extension 23 and when someone picked it up all phone would beep no longer does it do that since the move. I havent changed a thing. Thank again every one for all your help

Ok i figured it out the ring but i still cant figure out how to remove date from doorphone 1 and doorphone 2 without a total reset as it is set up for 2 doorphone and only need one thanks

You need to use the "remove" button. Depends on your phone type, but I believe on the P18D it is the button on the right hand column, just under the top row of buttons (so the first row with lights).
