i have a door phone connected on an analouqe extension on avaya definty where people press the button, calls will ring on ext xxxx if no answer goes to group of people C1 in cov p, if no one answered how i can make the call to disconnect rather keeps ringing for ever

Make the next point of your coverage an announcement extension. I would suggest recording an announcement that gives a reason for the call disconnect.
