Door Phone on BCM 200 4.0

We are having trouble with both of our door phones on BCM 200 4.0. They were working fine a couple of weeks ago, but now when you press the button it doesn't call any of the phones. The system sees both of the units. I changed the ports on both units and the system shows them come back up as doorphones. The problem is when I try to program the doorphones. There should be a tab under capibilities and Preferences for doorphone and its not there. Has anyone ran into this issue before?

I think I saw a SU patch on 4.0 that included Door Phones.
