We have a Issue with our "Back' door control
only alerting / Ringing the Operators phone just
once .....we tried swapping the Door Intercom box with
the same result ...if we just short out pins 10-11
and use a butt set we get one ringing cycle
(this proves its not the "door Intercom"
the front door
box has its own intercom and Door Control and works without any issues -rings until picked up
Move speaker and door alert wires from "back' to "front"
door control and it works fine
Flip co ports without any issue
Back door is line 18
front door is line 19
using Lucent Door control and Page Pac Intercom
wondering if there is a ring duration or setting on the door control that we missed
tried the ##3 pause 10 pause 24 pause ##3 without any change
