Hello!
We have multiple trunk lines coming into our merlin system and one of those lines was configured to ring on every phone in our office and not go through the auto attendant. The call box at the front door of our building dials that line and then we can buzz people in by pressing 9. The door call box is not part of our system, but dials our door line like any other outside phone.
We recently screwed this up and now that line rings through to the auto attendant just like all the others, leaving our visitors quite frustrated and waiting outside. I know that the trunk line is connected to the port for 805, but that's about all I know. How do I go about fixing this issue?
