Door Lock Problem

Hi All,

I have a Panasonic KX-TEA308 installed in my office, and I have a door phone and a door lock installed. Recently the door lock stopped working, while there is no problem with the door phone. I took the door phone card and installed it at a friend's where it worked fine. I also tried the door lock and it also worked fine.

The door lock should work when pressing #551 or #552, or pressing 5 while talking on the door phone, but it is not. When I try pressing #551 (or even just #5..) I get a busy tone. The guy who installed the system for me tells me that I must have changed the function code, but I know I didn't.

I can not reset the system cause I have professional disa messages recorded which I do not have the CD for.

Any help?

Check class of service. Maybe it was changed to not allow door open in that cos

That is already checked. I am testing from a COS1
