You will probably have to remove it and open it up to find the manufacturer. It's most likely an analog device.
 
Wasnt much give on the fascia and no grub screws anywhere. I presumed it was analog as it calls internally to an extension, but like you say without accessing its gubbins its hard to tell.
 
The little silver plate at the top and bottom should pop out and reveal a screw. Looks very similar to aiphone intercom systems, but these aren't compatible with PBX systems.
