Does anyone know how to disable the music on hold coming out of our door intercom icm unit ?

Hi,

Not sure what system you are using - will asume its using a LG-ICM box connected to a digital keyset port.
To turn off MOH on an ICM Box...
PGM 171 Flex 3 - ICM Box Music Channel - set it for None.
