door entry systems

looking at Door entry/apartment systems, I have 4 seperate locations, three different people, I want calls to goto the respective persons phone, once connected i want them tobe able to buzz the respective person in, (1 for location 1, 2 for location 2, Etc for 3 & 4) is there a system that will do that? (the three people are on two different phone systems)(I'm not sure what voltage the door strikes are)
