How do I program a Merlin/Magic to output on a lead a short on a pair to allow me to open a remote door? The door is installed and if I short the pair together I can get the door open. I want to be able to do it from the receptionist desk with the phone.

The cheapest easiest way to do it is install a Viking door phone and a Viking RC-2A door control.
