I'm wondering if it is possible to have printers installed, but not have any of them set as the default printer. If so how would I go about doing this? My guess would be that it involves modifying the registry, but which keys?
My VC++ program is being run on a Citrix box, and on Citrix you can have printers installed and you don't have to have one selected as the default.
In my program I make calls to get information about the default printer and I'm unclear as to what the behavior is when there isn't a default printer. So I was just wondering if I could mimic this part of the Citrix environment on my machine.
