Don't Use Default Website

I'm running SUS on the server I want to install Windows Sharepoint Services. The problem is that when I install Sharepoint it takes over the default website(virtual server) and makes the SUS unusable.

Is there a way to install Sharepoint into a different/website and leave the default alone??
