Don't send Schedule Report Without Rows

Hi I have a couples repors in RS and I schedule those reports to send via email but sometime those repors comes with no rows... It is posible to cancel the email if the reports comes empty?

The best idea I have is to look for the null rows on the SQL server side before the report gets processed and not to process the report at all. Unfortunately, I haven't worked with email delivery yet, so don't know how that would work.
