Don't see every mailboxes for restore / Backup Exec 11d

I can't see all the mailboxes when I try to restore a specific message and/our mailboxes with Backup Exec 11d and Exchange 2k.

I do think that I found my answer, but is there any fast way to make sure that all account could work with backup exec. I was previously using Backup Exec 8.6 and I never had this kind of problems...

 
Any Ideas, I tought that it was related to the "aliases" since all the maiboxes I can see in the "restore selection" had in the "Exchange General Tab" of Active Directory, an alias which was the same as the E-mail, so if a user was
user1@domain.com, then the alias is user1. This is for all working mailboxes for restore selection.

Where should I look to make this works with all of my mailboxes ? That's not so nice, we have to make a "new program" be able to work when it everything I have connected with my AD environment's working fine. No problems with LDAP too...

If you need anymore infos, let me known, I really need to get this thing working ASAP.

I've done all updates and also did change all my alias to match the primary smtp address of each account and it's now working perfectly.

I do think that's related to the latest patch issued by SYmantec.
