Hi all,

Was wondering, i have a report based on a query in which i enter parameter values which are dates, and if i open the report if there is no data, i can have a message that says there is no data in this report or report is null and then cancel opening it?

Also is it possible to have my parameter values printed on my report somewhere either on the header or the footer?

Thanks for any help

Anthony

Regarding the "no data", see this FAQ by Garridon: faq703-1594

Parameter values can be displayed by adding a text box with the parameters as part of the control source, spelled exactly. Something like:
Code:
="Report date range: " & [Enter beginning date] & " to " & [Enter ending date]

Hoc nomen meum verum non est.
