Don't need to see call during this Time Frame 1

I have some Incident calls opening 24/7. I don't need to see incident calls open during the times or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, I do need to see any opened from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am. Using Crystal Reports 8.5

If Time({Incident.Open Date & Time}) = ??? then
???{Incident.Open Date & Time} = "" else
{Incident.Open Date & Time

({time_opened} <= 0800) or
({time_opened} >= 1700)
