Don't know how to use Scrollableframe(BWidget)

After I look up ActiveTcl(8.4.2)'s help file, I still don't know how to use scrollableframe.
Is there any example show me how to use scrollableframe?

Teach me please.

Scrollableframe is part of BWidgets. Look in the "bwidgets" folder under the "demo" folder under Tcl. Look at manager.tcl.
