Don't know Auto Attenendant MBX

My company uses Octel for its auto attendant. I need to change the message. How would I know what the auto attendant mail box is? Its not identified in the listing. Is there a trace command I can use?

What type of Octel is it ? You may be able to use online CDR to see what mailbox it is using or it may not be using one at all.

My octel is 200.
I have found my main greeting mail box and recorded a new greeting. The system is still playing the old message however.
How do I get it to play the new recorded message?

How many different phone numbers come in to this greeting? When you trace all can you see the mailbox it is pointed too? When you look at the PORT COS do you see other mailboxes with the old greeting recorded?
