On a few posts and in the FAQ I have posted a multikey routine that I wrote and a wav player that I borrowed from a Mario program. DO NOT USE THEM TOGETHER UNDER WINDOWS XP. It will crash your computer. When they run seperate of each other they both work, but together they will crash an XP computer, and maybe others, I haven't tested them.

If you want to use both together they will run under true DOS, you can achieve true DOS by using a bootdisk rather than letting the computer boot itself from c:\.

Well, it's interesting. Any ideas why?

Yeah, the configurations of Windows XP and the configurations of the wav player differ, causing Windows XP to become unstable. It allows it for a little while, then puts it back. But the keyboard routine also confilicts with Windows XP and puts it over the edge of how low it's stablity can go before it crashes.

This is my theory, not absolute, but I'm pretty sure.
