DONGLE ID NORTEL MERIDIAN - KRS

Hello, some Nortel specialist who can help me. I need to recover a SSC ntdk20 cpu, rls 4.5.
The only thing I have is the battery id (Dongle ID 10277185).

The installation always fails me in:
Enter new keycodes:
Key 1:
Key 2:
Key 3:
Keycode validation NOT successful.
In KRS I can't find the 3 keys.

Do you have access to the Avaya KRS site?. I didn't think many people still had access these days.
If you do, then you are probably seeing all the other information except the keycodes which mean that the dongle belongs to a different distributer than the one that you are logged on with.

Your only option is to contact Avaya direct. As the product is no longer supported, then it is unlikely that you will get any assistance as you will need to know somebody who has access to that distributer.

Your other option is to try this website. I know that they supply gold dongles, but also are able to generate keycodes for you.
