Don´t Appear some icons

Hi everybody, I´m an issue in evaluator 8.9, in general appear 5 icons under toolbar(Outlook Bar) but in two machines the Recordings icon, and Find Recordings don't appear i already uninstall and re-install and noo, the user has Administrator permissions, some know about this issue, the machineas are win XP service pack 2.

what is the screen resolution of machines in question. has xp sp2 been applied and then it appears like this or has it always been like this. What user rights does user have have you tried the sane account on the other machines that show icon ?

Yes, a tried with another logins and nothing, but with the same login in another machine it works fine and the both machines has XP SP2, the screen resolution has 1024 x 1024 and i tried with another resolution but dont appear.

what service level are apps on ?
