Domino wont show up in selection list?

Hi

We are running Veritas BE Server 9.1, we have dominoagent installed.

The dominoserver is located in our DMZ, and the backupserver on another net, LAN.

Our problem is that we cannot see the dominoserver in the selectionlist, we can browse it though like the other windowsagents we got, when using "User-defined Selections".

But that doesnt help us much, as we want the backup the domino .nfs files without have to shutdown the domnioserver.

Any thoughts on this?

So you dont see the server in the User defined selections? Or do you see the domino server C: drive, etc but not the Notes Icon or Notes Agent?

We can see the server in the "User defined selections", but that is not our goal. We dont want to do a "file-backup" as this wont work with open .nfs databases.

It should appear under "Domino agents", as our linux servers does under "Unix Agents".
So we can backup these .nfs databases without have to shutdown the dominoserver.

Enable restric anonymous support on the backup server and remote domino server.
