I am having a problem in that when i run a backup of my Lotus Notes domino server it crashes the server. I'm currently running domino ver 5.08 on a compaq ML570 server with 2.5GB of memory.The backup software is Syncsort Backup Express along with St.Bernards open file manager ver 8.0 and have Norton Anti Virus ver 7.5.1 also. Currently the mail database is around 440GB. Any ideas to what could be causing the Domino application to crash?

Do St.Bernards open file manager ver 8.0 support Lotus Notes online backup? You can check it in LN website. Also, have you tried to uninstall the anti virus software before the backup(it is worth to try only after you confirm your backup software support LN online backup).
