Domino sending out wrong reply to address

Howdy,
i've had a few calls today about emails being tagged with the wrong reply to addresses, instead of getting the internet address the emails are going out with username/truro%TRURO@town.truro.ns.ca
We are running domino 6.5.1 on windows 2000
what is the cause of this and does anyone know how to stop this from happening in the future

Hi

I had this one a few days ago and it came about after users id's were re-certified by our helpdesk. I got a full list of the affected users and had a look at the person view in the Admin util. I found that all the affected users did not have a Domain name set in under the mail tab in their person document, I checked other users who were OK and they did have a Domain name set. So I tried a couple of users and the problem was solved. Not sure why it had only occured recenlty, maybe the helpdesk were re-certifing a lot of users this month.

Plus check the user's location document. Ensure the "internet address" has the proper address in it.
