I'm new to Lotus Domino. I plan to set up a Domino R5 Mail server on a Solaris box. My server has (4) 18GB SCSI hard drives set in a hardware RAID 5 implementation giving me 54GB of usable space. The only thing that the Domino server will do is supply mail to about 50 users. What is the recommneded partitions/slices I should set up during the Solaris installation? Also, what type of partitions should I use (Solaris, UNIX, etc.)?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Since nobody answered me, I figured out my own solution and have decided to go with this....

/ 4GB
/boot 100MB
/tmp 2GB
/usr/local 4GB (notes program files willl be installed here)
/var 44GB (notesdata will be installed here)

What do you all think about this? Do you see anything wrong with it?
