Domino Directory in a format that can be synched with PDA's

Good Day

I have to raise a service request so that PDA users are able to get all the company contacts and phone numbers on their device. However the Domino Admin guy is being a slave driver...

I believe there is a way of exporting the names and numbers from the Domino directory into some sort of Lite Address book. This could be placed in a folder on the Domino Server which I could then set to be synched with the PDA's.

(We use OneBridge as our mobile solution)

Does anyone know where I could find some documentation and maybe give me some keywords to search for.
