Domino Databases - Anonymous has reader access

To my horror, I have discovered today that lots of our internal Domino NSF databases are actually fully viewable from outside (we use inotes, so if you know the DB name, you can read as much as you like).

Clearly, this is a serious security exposure.

I know that I can just change the ACL at a DB level to have No Access for Anonymous (currently it's set to Reader, for some silly reason)...but is there a way to do it at a server level which will filter to All DB's?
