Domino backup - trying to apply Veritas fix - advice please?

Hi

I'd be grateful if anyone can help me please.
I'm running BE10d, with remote agent on a Domino server.
I've run the latest SP, re-pushed agents and restarted...
However, I'm still getting the "retore job already in progress" error....
So, I've found
which gives instructions on applying a reg fix on the agent on the Domino server.
However, it instructs you to go to:
HKLM\software\VERITAS\Backup Exec\Engine\Domino
But the Domino level doesn't exist.
I understand that I don't need to install anything other than just pushing the standard agent to the Domino server....
Can anyone offer any advice please?
