Domino and MS Exchange mail

I need to set up a Domino server to route emails through our Exchange server. We use Lotus Notes as a contact database and need to be able to send emails to a list of contacts from within Lotus Notes, but we use Exchange as our primary mail server. We're using R 6.5.3. Can anyone suggest the steps required to do this?

Hello,

You can configure external email addresses in your contact DB and configure your Domino Server to Relay all outbound messages to Exchange.

OK, will these be Notes Clients sending to Exchange? If so, are these Exchange users in the Notes Address book? What do you mean by Contact Database Notes Address Book - names.nsf?) Please advise.
