Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook problem

Hi,
I am planning migration of my mail system from MS Exchange to Lotus Domino. I wouldn't like to change mail client for my users, so I am testing DAMO. I have few questions - maybe someone could help me:
- I can see, that the unread marks doesn't change their status when I am changing it in MS Outlook - in Lotus Notes I can see all messages marked as read in MS Outlook as unreaded
- I found, that Domino Preferences in MS Outlook (Tools->Options, tab Domino Preferences) appears only for MS Windows user, on which DAMO has been installed. Other users doesn't see those preferences.

Any help would be appretiated
