Domino 5.0.8 on Windwos 2003

I have a new Win2003 server and am running Domino 5.0.8 on it. After I start domino nrouter or Nreplica will us 50% CPU under task manager and domino will kind of freeze... mail will freeze other functions still seem to work ok.

Has any body else had this problem and got any ideas?

I have the exact same D/B and domino running on an old win2K server without any problems?

You probably do not want to hear this but Windows 2003 does not support R5.0.8. Have a look at this.

Obviosuly the word "support" is different from the word "compatible" but I guess that there are some gremlins that are causing your trouble.

thanks .... upgraded to R6 and works fine
