I have a couple of w98 machines that log on to a w2k server through routers on sdsl lines. I use lmhosts files for specifying server and domain address.
Before I went on vacation, domain logon functioned as it should. Now after returning from my vacation, I find that machines get the "no domain servers available" message, even though they do get logged on, with full access to outlook, printing and shares. Also, it only works with a valid username / password. Why does that message come up?
Further, if I choose "log off", and cancel the new login box, there is still full access....
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Rgds,
Dennis
