I am trying to send emails to both ntlworld.com and googlemail.com email addresses but they are not received when I include my domain, freemoneyoff.co.uk, in them.
This is mainly for sending newsletter signup confirmation emails that contain a link to confirm a users subscription to our newsletter.
Just to clarify, emails sent from my website domain are not being received by ntlworld.com and googlemail.com addresses. This only occurs when I include my domain in the subject or body of the email which means I am unable to send links in the emails. They do get through when testing with other random domains like google.co.uk.
I have tested this through Outlook, webmail, groupmail and from an asp script on my website.
The only thing I can think of is that virgin media (ntlworld.com) and googlemail are blocking emails with my domain in.
I have successfully sent emails to many other addresses including ymail.com and Hotmail.co.uk but am unsure on which other email domains this problem may exist on.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have already contacted and been through a lengthy discussion with my website host but they say they are unable to assist me any further with this and do not know what could be causing the block on emails.
