I am new to this and I would lay money on the fact that I am missing something but not sure what it is.

I created 2 domains, everything was great until it came time to move one to a different subnet. domain A is 192.168.10.x and B is 192.168.29.x. I just got off phone with cisco firewall support and nothing is being blocked, my switches are configured properly and everything can ping everything. When I changed the ip on domain B from 10.x to 29.x and modified the dns, I have been unable to communicate with active directory.
Could someone please point me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I did that. Strange, I came in this morning and everything is talking...I don't understand how or why though.

I take that back, I still have a replication failure going on. DNS seems to be working, The replication failure is occuring in Active Directory

It's still most likely DNS related. You changed the DNS records, but did you change it on all DNS servers? Even on the DNS servers whose IP addresses changed? It's entirely possible that you created a DNS "island" that cannot communicate with the rest of the network and can't get the updated DNS records that it needs to resolve this issue. This is especially likely if your DCs/DNS servers point to themselves as the primary DNS server (they should always point to another DNS server first).

I have two dns servers 1 on each network, 1 is x.x.10.239, the other is x.x.29.237 the 29 network was pointing to the 29 dns and the 10 points to the 10 dns, I have changed the 29 to point to the 10 dns, but to no avail.
